Excursions and yoga in the Vercors montains

Level of difficulty: easy

Duration: 4 days 3 nights in pension compète in a lodging located in a farm on the plate of Vassieux.

Run yoga morning and evening on the topics of relieving and the sleep, in room or outside according to conditions' weather. Two small excursions of 2h in ground valloné and timbered in the neighbourhoods of the lodging to discover fauna, the flora and the tormented history of the area and a great excursion from 4 to 5 H of walk for 400 m of uneven in easy ground in the natural reserve of the High plateaus of Vercors.
